By: Alex Kline, Assistant Athletics Director for Communications POMONA, Calif. – Cal Poly Pomona Athletics set a new CCAA record in 2025-26 with 43 CCAA Athlete of the Week selections, surpassing UC San Diego's previous mark of 42 set in 2018-19 for most in an academic year. The Broncos' record spanned across all 10 CCAA-sponsored sports, marking the first time in department history that every sport had at least one honoree in the same academic year.
