BANNER ELK, N.C. – Doubles play proved to be the difference between the Converse University women's tennis team and the Lees-McRae Bobcats as the pair split singles play and Lees-McRae won 4-3. With the loss, Converse falls to 9-9 overall and 8-3 in Conference Carolinas play. Lees-McRae improves to 8-6 overall and 5-6 in conference action.
