Baseball Comes Up Short Against Roger Williams
Bristol, RI – The Curry College baseball team fell to Roger Williams, 5-2, in Conference of New England (CNE) action on Tuesday afternoon at Paolino Field. Curry (6-15, 4-6 CNE) found itself in an early hole as Roger Williams (12-12, 5-5 CNE) struck for four runs in the opening inning. The Hawks added another run in the third to build a 5-0 lead, taking advantage of timely hitting and a pair of Curry miscues.
