Baseball Battles Hard, But Loses in Extra Innings
Circleville, OH - The baseball team played Kentucky Christian where they lost 4-8 in the eleventh inning. The Blazers took a 4-0 lead over the Knights in the second inning, following Scott Moats bases clearing double. With a 4-2 lead in the ninth inning, the Blazers gave up a game-tying home run, sending the game into extra innings. They fought hard, but the Knights produced four runs in the 11th to take the game. The Blazers will travel to University of Cincinnati-Clermont on Tuesday for a 3:00pm game.
