Barton women鈥檚 tennis gets by Francis Marion, 4-3, for third straight victory
WILSON, N.C. 鈥� The Barton women's tennis team (12-6, 8-3) earned its third straight victory with a 4-3 triumph over Francis Marion (8-10, 7-4) in a key Conference Carolinas contest Wednesday afternoon at the Michalak Tennis Complex. Barton received singles and double victories from both sophomore Alejandra Carmona Garcia (Fraga, SPAIN) and junior Claudia Zaratiegui Marquez (Barcelona, SPAIN) as the Bulldogs won their third straight contest and improved to 9-0 at home this year.
