By: SU Sports Information SHIPPENSBURG, Pa. – Shippensburg University junior outfielder Ty Sherman has been recognized as the Hitter of the Week in the Atlantic Region by the National Collegiate Baseball Writers Association (NCBWA) Wednesday. Sherman went 9-for-16 (.563) with eight RBIs, eight runs scored, two home runs, two steals and 16 total bases as the Raiders took three of four from No. 18 West Chester this weekend.
