Spartz And Merlino Claim All-GSAC Honors
Glendale, Ariz.- On Monday, the Great Southwest Athletic Conference (GSAC) announced the 2026 Men's Volleyball All-Conference Team presented by Under Armour. Jarrett Spartz and Caleb Merlino were given the title All-GSAC marking the first time in program history that two Firestorm earned the honor in the same season. Spartz, from Peoria, AZ, topped the Firestorm with 249 kills and is fourth in the GSAC with 3.51 kills per set. The outside hitter delivered 20 service aces to lead ACU.
