Softball drops game one at North Dakota State
FARGO, N.D. – St. Thomas softball (25-13, 6-4 Summit League) fell 10-2 in game one of its midweek series at North Dakota State (20-18, 4-3), surrendering runs in the fourth, fifth, and sixth innings after taking an early lead. The Tommies struck first in the top of the third inning when Avery Wukawitz launched a two-run home run, her team-leading 12th of the season, to score Laken Lienhard and give St. Thomas a 2-0 advantage.
