Shender Earns CUNYAC Honorable Mention for the Week
Brooklyn, NY—-Announced by the City University of New York Athletic Conference (CUNYAC) on Tuesday, Brooklyn College sophomore, Dennis Shender , earned an Honorable Mention for his efforts last week. He helped lead the team to a 3-0 record on the week. It’s Shender’s first weekly honor of the season. Shender went a perfect 3-0 in both No. 2 doubles and No. 3 singles on the week. In Wednesday’s conference win at Lehman, he scored a 6-0 win in doubles before winning in singles, (6-1, 6-1).
