RiverHawks Climb Leaderboard Behind Castro, Wilcoxen at MIAA Championship
JEFFERSON CITY, Mo. -- Northeastern State climbed two spots on the leaderboard Tuesday after posting one of the day's lower rounds in the second round of the MIAA Men's Golf Championship. The RiverHawks, who were tied for the fourth-lowest team score of the day, improved their position to eighth place with a two-round total of 610 (311-299). Northeastern State showed marked improvement in its second round, trimming 12 strokes off Monday's total as the team gained momentum heading into the final day of competition.
