NYU Basketball Earns MBWA Awards
The New York University mens and women’s basketball teams received multiple Metropolitan Basketball Writers Association (MBWA) for the 2025-26 season. Caroline Peper was named All-Met Division III women’s college basketball Player of the Year. The lone senior had a stellar season setting a program record by making 112 3-point shots, tying an NYU single-game scoring record with 41 points on Nov. 30, 2025 against USMMA, and helping to bring the Violets to their third consecutive final four.
