Maple Leafs recall Hildeby, send down Akhtyamov
The Toronto Maple Leafs are making a goaltending move ahead of their season finale. Artur Akhtyamov has been assigned to the Toronto Marlies, while Dennis Hildeby has been recalled from the American Hockey League club, the team announced Tuesday. Akhtyamov has made two starts with the Leafs since being recalled on April 9, going 0-2 with a 5.24 goals-against average and a .877 save percentage.
