Lawler, Nichols Named NCAC Golfers of the Week
CLEVELAND, Ohio 鈥� On Tuesday morning, the North Coast Athletic Conference (NCAC) announced its Athletes of the Week for the second week of April. Ohio Wesleyan University sophomores Callahan Lawler and Audrey Nichols swept the honors for golf after competing at the Wooster Invitational. Lawler led the men’s field with a career-best two-under-par 70, earning his first career medalist honors. Nichols co-led the women’s field at 84 and paced the Battling Bishops to a 19-stroke team victory at 352. The men’s squad took third with a total of 309.
