Frankfort鈥檚 Phillips PVC鈥檚 top player; Slider Coach of Year
Frankfort senior Jeremy Phillips was voted Potomac Valley Conference Division 1 Player of the Year, and his coach Scott Slider is the league鈥檚 top coach as part of the All-PVC awards that were released this week. Phillips, a Frostburg State commit, was second in the state averaging 23.8 points per game.
