KANSAS CITY, Mo. - The Mid-America Intercollegiate Athletics Association (MIAA) unveiled its academic awards for the 2025-26 men's basketball season, and four Hillcats were honored. The student-athletes named to the MIAA Academic Honor Roll include Caden Fry , Andrew Mason , Aydan Perdue and Jackson Welch . Additionally, Fry was named an MIAA Scholar-Athlete after earning All-MIAA honors and maintaining a GPA of 3.5 or higher. To qualify for the league's Academic Honor Roll, student-athletes must maintain a GPA of 3.00 or higher at their institution and must have attended for at least two terms, excluding summer sessions.
