Football Hires Edgar as Defensive Coordinator
BEAVER FALLS, Pa. 鈥� The Geneva College football program hired Will Edgar to take over as the Defensive Coordinator after Tommy Contenta, last year’s defensive coordinator, was promoted to take over the program as head coach. Edgar is a familiar face for the Golden Tornadoes after he served as a graduate assistant in the program two years ago.A native of Washington, Pennsylvania, Edgar graduated from Waynesburg in 2022 with a Bachelor of Science in business administration before beginning his graduate studies at Geneva in 2023 in higher education. “I’m excited to be back working with a lot of familiar faces,”…
