Colleen Chiavola named CCIW Defensive Player of the Week
NAPERVILLE, Ill. — Colleen Chiavola of the Augustana Vikings women’s lacrosse team has been named the CCIW Defensive Player of the Week, the league announced Tuesday. The junior earned this honor after her performance in the victory over Elmhurst this past weekend. In the 6-4 win, Chiavola earned a season-high of five caused turnovers, to go with four ground balls and six shots on goal.
