Cal Poly Pomona Athletics Inducts 2026 Hall of Fame Class
By: Alex Kline, Assistant Athletics Director for Communications POMONA, Calif. - The Cal Poly Pomona Department of Intercollegiate Athletics inducted five individuals and one team into the CPP Athletics Hall of Fame this past Saturday, April 11 th , in a ceremony taking place in Kellogg Arena. The 2026 class featured five individuals, including Mark Batres (Men's Cross Country and Track and Field), Sergi Mons贸 (Men's Soccer), Jimmy Ramos (Baseball), Durelle Schimek (Women's Track & Field), and Carol Spanks (Softball) - along with the historic 1981-82 Women's Basketball National Championship team.
