By: Jeff Evans, Assistant AD for Athletic Communications BELLINGHAM, Wash. – Western Washington University All-American third baseman Maleah Andrews has earned national recognition being selected as the Louisville Slugger/NFCA D2 Player of the Week for games played April 6-12. Andrews earned the honor after an incredible performance at the plate in the four-game road series at Montana State Billings where she went 9-for-11 (.818) with six runs scored, one double, three home runs and seven RBI.
