Alexander Named American Conference Field Athlete of the Week
WICHITA 鈥� Wichita State senior Jelese Alexander earned American Conference Women's Field Athlete of the Week recognition, the conference announced Tuesday afternoon. The Bon Accord, Trinidad and Tobago native put up two NCAA top-15 marks at the Arkansas Spring Invitational. She placed second in the high jump with an outdoor personal-best clearance of 1.83m/6'0", ranking No. 1 in the American Conference and No. 9 in the NCAA.
