Wings select Azzi Fudd first overall in 2026 WNBA Draft
NEW YORK 鈥� Azzi Fudd is on her way to Dallas as the No. 1 pick in the WNBA draft with a $500,000 payday waiting for the former UConn star. Fudd will pair again with former Huskies teammate Paige Bueckers, who was the Wings鈥� No. 1 pick last year. Bueckers was in attendance at the draft along with Fudd鈥檚 UConn teammates. 鈥淚鈥檓 excited to play again with Paige, she鈥檚 an incredible player,鈥� Fudd said.
