NORTH ATTLEBORO, Mass. – Sophomore Lasse Volquardsen (Frankfurt, Germany) of the Southern New Hampshire University men's lacrosse team was named the Northeast 10 Rookie of the Week on Monday. Volquardsen led the Penmen to a 2-0 week with wins over Dominican (N.Y.) and Franklin Pierce. He scored three goals against Dominican and added another hat trick against the Ravens on Saturday in Rindge. This marks the second Northeast 10 Rookie of the Week honor for Volquardsen, who leads the team with 25 goals and 37 points.
