Volleyball hires former standout Emory Spitler as assistant volleyball coach
MARIETTA, Ohio 鈥� Marietta College head volleyball coach Kristy Anderson has announced the hiring of former two-time AVCA All-American Emory Spitler (Lebanon, Ohio/Lebanon) as the Pioneers’ new assistant coach. “Getting to coach Emory has been one of the greatest blessings, and I couldn’t be more grateful to now transition from coaching her to coaching alongside her,” said Anderson. “Emory has always poured so much of herself into her teammates and consistently lived out our program values.” Completing a monumental playing career, Spitler finished her final season with the Pioneers by reaching three major milestones.
