Smith Named SUNYAC Outdoor Field Athlete of the Week
By: Dawnisha Franklin, Athletic Communications Associate SYRACUSE, N.Y. 鈥� Fifth-year Jeremiah Smith (Brooklyn, N.Y. / East New York Family Academy) of the Plattsburgh State men’s track and field team has been named the State University of New York Athletic Conference (SUNYAC) Men’s Field Athlete of the Week for the period ending Apr. 12, as announced Monday by the conference office. This is his first career honor and the team’s first since John O’Connor earned the honor in 2019.
