Shore Named OVC Player of the Week
CAPE GIRARDEAU, Mo. - Southeast Missouri first baseman Aubrie Shore was named Ohio Valley Conference Player of the Week Monday. A native of Mahomet, Illinois, Shore hit a team-high .545 in four starts last week. She went 6-for-11 with one run scored, a double and six RBI. Shore had a huge two-out, two RBI single in the bottom of the third inning that ended up being the difference in SEMO's 4-3 series clinching win over OVC leader Eastern Illinois on Apr. 11.
