Safont Earns MSC Men鈥檚 Tennis Player of the Week Honors
COLUMBIA, Ky. 鈥� Lindsey Wilson student-athlete Raul Safont has been selected as the Mid-South Conference Men's Tennis Player of the Week, conference officials announced on Monday. Safont, of Castell贸 de la Plana, Spain earns his second career weekly honor after going 2-0 in both singles and doubles in a pair of victories over Freed-Hardeman (Tenn.) and No. 14 Missouri Baptist.
