CALDWELL, Idaho — Freshman Helene Rae of the College of Idaho track and field team has been named Cascade Collegiate Conference Field Athlete of the Week, the league office announced. Rae turned in a standout performance at the NNU Open on April 11, highlighted by a runner-up finish in the shot put.
