Payano Selected as Skyline Rookie of the Week
THROGGS NECK, NY 鈥� Freshman Dylan Payano (Flushing, NY) of the Maritime College baseball team has been chosen as the Skyline Conference Rookie of the Week. He hit .407 (11-for-27) with two home runs, nine RBIs and 10 runs scored, as the Privateers went 5-2 across seven games. In the doubleheader sweep at Manhattanville on Saturday, Payano went a combined 5-for-11 with five RBIs.
