Otters Midpack at The Hanny
Cooper Winton TURLOCK, Calif. 鈥� Four Otter players earned spots in the Top 25 to help Cal State Monterey Bay men's golf to a share of sixth place after Day 1 of The Hanny tournament Monday at Turlock Golf and Country Club. Junior Alex Cooke (Spokane, Wash/Gonzaga Prep) leads the quartet in 10th place at 1-over through 36 holes. He carded CSUMB's best round with a 3-under 69 in the afternoon. Freshman Ben Christian (Dexter [Mo.] Senior HS/Southern Indiana) and sophomore Nick Savano (Windsor HS) are tied for 16th place at 4-over. Christian fired a 73 in the second round....
