Newpower Named To 2026 DIIIHockeyNews.com Women鈥檚 Third Team West
Nathanael LePage DIIIHOCKEYNEW RELEASE SAINT PAUL, Minn. — Hamline women’s hockey sophomore defender Ellie Newpower (Lino Lakes, Minn.) was named to the 2026 DIIIHockeyNews.com Women’s Third Team West on Thursday, April 9. Newpower was a significant presence on the ice for the Piper defense this season, scoring 7 goals and collecting 12 assists for 19 points this season, two of her goals being the game winning goals.
