Men鈥檚 Tennis takes down Loras & Dubuque
CEDAR RAPIDS, Iowa 鈥� The Coe College men’s tennis team picked up a pair of A-R-C victories on the road on Sunday, defeating Loras and Dubuque 6-1. The Kohawks opened Sunday’s action with a sweep of the Duhawks in doubles, getting wins from Ashton Schulte / Daniel Rohlman, Ivan Burt-Smith / Joshua Tiemann, and Grant Idoux / Bryton Short to go up 1-0. Coe eased over the finish line in singles, getting straight-set wins from Schulte, Luke Doig, and Burt-Smith, while Short and Idoux claimed tiebreaking wins for 6-1.
