BEVERLY, Mass. 鈥� The Conference of New England (CNE) has announced their weekly awards for the week ending on Sunday, Apr. 12, naming Roger Williams University’s Aaron D’Aversa (Sea Cliff, N.Y.) as the league’s Defensive Player of the Week. This is D’Aversa’s first Defensive Player of the Week honor this season. D’Aversa opened the week in goal for the Hawks on Wednesday, April 8 in a 9-4 win over Nichols, allowing four goals while making 12 saves and snagging four ground balls.
