Men鈥檚 Golf wins, Ferdon medalist
ALLIANCE — A monster second round by the Heidelberg University Men’s Golf Team at the Mount Union Spring Invitational yielded a team title and an individual championship over the weekend. The Student Princes shot 304-296–600, setting what is believed to be a program record for a two-day tournament. Josh Ferdon was tied atop the leaderboard, and won medalist honors on a scorecard playoff. Ferdon shot a 77-70–144, winning the scorecard playoff on the fifth hole.
