Kolli and Pados Named NEWMAC Women鈥檚 Tennis Doubles Team of the Week
MARLBOROUGH, Mass. 鈥� MIT’s Alaina Kolli and Artemis Pados were named the NEWMAC Women’s Tennis Doubles Team of the Week for the week ending April 12. This is the duo’s fifth time receiving this award and the first this season. In the Engineers’ only match of the week, a 4-3 victory over No. 16 Amherst College on Saturday, Kolli and Pados won their match at No. 1 doubles, 6-4. The duo raced out to a 4-0 lead against Lily Dounchis and Cody Huang, but Amherst won the next three games. Kolli and Pados then increased their slim margin to 5-3.…
