IUP鈥檚 von Kozierowski named PSAC West Athlete of the Week
LOCK HAVEN, Pa. 鈥� The IUP women's tennis team is in the midst of its toughest stretch of the season, facing three consecutive nationally ranked opponents. The Crimson Hawks are 2-0 during that span, with Lea von Kozierowski playing a key role in both victories. For her performance, von Kozierowski was named the PSAC West Women's Tennis Athlete of the Week. Von Kozierowski has been dominant at No. 1 singles, including a victory over a top-70 opponent in IUP's win over No. 20 Charleston (W.Va.) on Sunday at the Maple Street Courts.
