NEWBERRY, SC- Newberry junior Houston Horton has been named the South Atlantic Conference Specialist Player of the Week, announced by the league office. This marks his second time earning the award this season. Horton delivered a dominant performance at the faceoff X in Newberry's conference victory, controlling possession throughout the game with a 13-of-20 showing (.650 faceoff percentage) .
