Hewitt, Guerino of Scranton Women鈥檚 Lacrosse Sweep Landmark Weekly Awards
Senior goalie Eva Guerino and junior midfielder Eileen Hewitt earned Landmark Conference Athlete of the Week honors after helping guide the Royals to two victories on the week, improving Scranton’s record to 10-4 on the season. Scranton women’s lacrosse has now swept the Landmark weekly awards five times this season. Guerino was selected as the Landmark Defensive Player of the Week after recording 18 saves on 47 shots, with a .610 save percentage, allowing only 12 goals across the team’s two games.
