ITHACA, N.Y. - Cornell softball first-year infielder Sofia Hernandez has been named Ivy League Rookie of the Week following strong performances in the Big Red's series against Colgate and Dartmouth. Hernandez batted .538 with a .667 on-base percentage and a 1.897 OPS for the Big Red during a 3-2 weekend, highlighted by matching the Ivy League's single-game record of three home runs in a road victory over Dartmouth.
