Gisone Named Mid-South Women鈥檚 Tennis Player of the Week
COLUMBIA, Ky. 鈥� Lindsey Wilson student-athlete Mayra Gisone has been selected as the Mid-South Conference Women's Tennis Player of the Week, conference officials announced Monday. Gisone, of Santa Fe, Argentina, earns her sixth career weekly honor and fourth this season after going 2-0 in both singles and doubles in wins over Freed-Hardeman (Tenn.) and (RV) Missouri Baptist. She did not allow a point in both of her top-seeded singles victories.
