Francis Named CNE Defensive Player of the Week
CNE RELEASE BEVERLY, Mass. 鈥� Endicott men’s lacrosse sophomore defender Olivia Francis (Simsbury, Conn.) has been named Conference of New England (CNE) Defensive Player of the Week, as announced by the league office earlier today. In a 2-2 week for the Gulls, Francis led the team with four caused turnovers while scooping up seven ground balls. Francis was part of a defensive unit that allowed just 27 shots to MIT including three in the fourth quarter to allow the Gulls to mount a comeback.
