Football hosts ChampionSHIP Family Day
By: SU Sports Information Gallery: (4-13-2026) 2026 Football ChampionSHIP Family Day SHIPPENSBURG, Pa. 鈥� The Shippensburg University football team hosted friends and alumni Saturday as part of ChampionSHIP Family Day at Seth Grove Stadium. Before holding spring practice, head coach Drew Gallardy '10 introduced himself to those in attendance and provided some words on leading the football program at his alma mater, as well as what it means to be a ChampionSHIP Family. The 2026 season will officially get underway Saturday, August 29 with a Week 0 matchup against Lock Haven at Seth Grove Stadium.
