Emma Lopez Earns GNAC Player of the Week
HENNIKER, N.H. – Senior Emma Lopez (Downey, Calif.) of the New England College softball team was named the Great Northeast Athletic Conference (GNAC) Player of the Week for the week ending on April 13. Lopez put together a historic performance across three doubleheaders as the Pilgrims head into the final stretch of the GNAC regular season. She becomes the first NEC player to earn a weekly conference award this season. In a midweek split against Rivier University, Lopez hit .399, recording two doubles and three RBIs.
