Drew Garrison Named MIAA Men鈥檚 Lacrosse Defensive Player of the Week for the Fourth Time
Calvin University junior Drew Garrison was named MIAA Defensive Player of the Week for men's lacrosse on Monday. Garrison (Columbus, Ohio/Worthington Kilbourne) earned the honor for his performance on defense in the Knights' 17-15 win at Albion College on April 8, which marked the first time the Knights have beaten the Britons in men's lacrosse in program history. In the two-goal win, Garrison recorded five caused turnovers and seven ground balls despite missing the last 22 minutes of the contest due to an injury.
