Camels earn spot in CAA championship
BUIES CREEK – Campbell has been selected as the No. 6 seed in the upcoming CAA Women’s Tennis Championships, to be held April 17-19 in Williamsburg, Va. The sixth-seeded Camels will face 3-seed Charleston in the quarterfinals Friday at 6 p.m. at the Mackesy Tennis Center on the campus of William & Mary. The winner will move on to face 2-seed William & Mary Saturday at 6 o’clock. Campbell and Charleston met once during the regular season, a 5-2 defeat for the Camels at home on Mar. 30.
