Burling, Kardos lead Wolverines at Southpointe
CANONSBURG, Pa. — Freshman Emily Burling (Hudson, Ohio/Hudson) placed second while junior Lauren Kardos (Pittsburgh, Pa./North Allegheny) earned fourth place Monday afternoon to help the Grove City College women’s golf team take third at Washington & Jefferson College’s Rossin Invitational, held at Southpointe Golf Club. Paced by its two top-five finishers, Grove City recorded a team score of 384. Division II Seton Hill won the event with a 372 while host W&J finished second with a 373 total.
