Bremel Re-Breaks School Record in Discus Throw During Split-Meet Weekend
BROCKPORT, NY / LEWISBURG, PA – The Alfred University women’s track & field teams traveled to the SUNY Brockport Multi & Invitational on Sunday and spent two days at the Bison Classic, hosted by Bucknell University on Friday and Saturday. Meridian Bremel (Reading, VT/Woodstock Union) broke the Alfred University school record in the discus throw. In her first attempt, Bremel threw her personal best mark of 37.56m (123′-3), breaking her own record which she set last outdoor season.
