Brachbill Named Starting Pitcher of the Week
HIGH POINT, N.C. - The Big South Conference has announced its weekly honors as High Point University's Ty Brachbill was named Starting Pitcher of the Week. Brachbill tossed a complete-game victory in game two against Radford, allowing two runs on six hits with five strikeouts and two walks. He held the Highlanders to a .200 batting average and recorded his second consecutive complete-game outing. The junior right-hander retired the side in order in each of the first three innings and held Radford scoreless through the first 5.2 frames.
