Blake Nettleton named CCIW Co-Pitcher of the Week
NAPERVILLE, Ill. — Blake Nettleton of the Augustana Vikings baseball team has been named the CCIW Co-Pitcher of the Week, the league announced Monday. Nettleton earns this honor after his shutout win on the mound in the first game against North Central on Saturday. The senior pitched 8.1 innings for 30 at-bats and 124 pitches, to go with 15 strikeouts and an opponent batting average of .167.
