Baseball: Ben King Named MIAC Pitcher of the Week
ST. PAUL, Minn. 鈥� Macalester College senior pitcher Ben King (Chicago, Ill./Whitney M. Young Magnet) was chosen the MIAC Pitcher of the Week for the week ending April 12, the league announced today. King tossed a one-hit shutout in a 3-0 victory at Gustavus last Tuesday. Pitching in the seven-inning first game of a MIAC doubleheader, King dominated the Gusties’ batters. He had a perfect game through 5 1/3 innings and a no-hitter through six innings.
