Alexander Garners Fourth Straight LEC Weekly Award
PROVIDENCE, R.I. 鈥� The Little East has announced its weekly honorees in men’s outdoor track & field and UMass Dartmouth student-athlete Ancil Alexander was recognized once again. The sophomore was named the conference’s Field Athlete of the Week for the fourth straight week in the outdoor season. It also marks his seventh overall honor of 2026, including indoor. Alexander, who hails from Taunton, Mass., captured victory in the discus throw at the Tufts Spring Stampede on Saturday with a throw of 52.52 meters (172′ 4″).
